PSKW and Associates was founded in 2003 by Robert Previdi, Judy Kelly, Scott Symons and Harriette Waldron. PSKW is the merger of several leading firms serving the pharmaceutical industry: Touchtone Media for Medicine and Touchtone Rx which were both founded by Robert Previdi in 1987 and Kelly/Waldron which was founded in 1992 by Judy Kelly, Harriette Waldron and Scott Symons.

All three companies specialized in developing innovative marketing programs for their many pharmaceutical clients. These programs spanned new product launch, patient compliance, alternative sampling, data platforms as well as direct mail and targeted physician campaigns for virtually all Top 10 and mid-tier pharma.

The formation of PSKW and Associates has resulted in substantial innovation in loyalty marketing for the pharmaceutical industry. Not only has PSKW invented and built the copay card industry, but PSKW continues to bring innovative ideas, like Time Release Messaging ™ and the DIVO™ strategic platform to our clients and to the marketplace.
